Blue Cheese Pear Toast with Prosciutto and Maple Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 Pear cored and thinly sliced
- 2 slices Italian Bread toasted
- 2 slices Prosciutto
- 125 grams Blue Cheese
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Sprouts garnish, optional
Instructions
- Peel and slice pears
- Place on heated BBQ grill
- Toast bread on same grill
- Crumble cheese on the toasted bread and place and under hot grill until cheese is melted
- Arrange pears and prosciutto on top of the cheese
- Drizzle with Maple Syrup
- Serve with a garnish of sprouts
