  • BBQ Grill


  • 1 Pear cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Italian Bread toasted
  • 2 slices Prosciutto
  • 125 grams Blue Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Sprouts garnish, optional


  • Peel and slice pears
  • Place on heated BBQ grill
  • Toast bread on same grill
  • Crumble cheese on the toasted bread and place and under hot grill until cheese is melted
  • Arrange pears and prosciutto on top of the cheese
  • Drizzle with Maple Syrup
  • Serve with a garnish of sprouts
