    Hi I have about 20 cloves – can I freeze them? What do I need to do to prep this?

    You probably can. You can freeze onions, and they are bulbs (?) too…

    Yes you can. You can peel them, and use the bulbs, slice them or mince it. I minced some garlic, and then put them in a ziplock bag. I made sure I thinned out the contents, like a pancake thickness in the bag, then froze it like that. Then I just snapped off bits from this ‘patty’ when needed.
