I would like to share with you my another favorite recipe of chiken. So, you will need:
Two little chickens (almost 1,5 kg)
2 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
4 cloves of garlic
1 or 2 lemons
Wash the chicken, after that dry it and salt well.
Mix together crushed garlic, pepper, balsamic vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and vegetable oil. I used olive oil (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olive_oil) but you can use standard sunflower oil. Now apply this mixture to the surface of chicken.
Cut a lemon into four parts, sprinkle each part with sugar and put in the chickens. Now put your chickens into food film and marinade in fridge during 5 hours.
Now your chickens are ready for baking. As for me, I used rotisserie ovens VonShef for this: https://www.bestadvisers.co.uk/rotisserie-ovens#product-2 In this case the chicken turns evenly baked from all sides. But you don’t have rotisserie ovens, you can just use your standard oven. The temperature must be 200С in first 10 minutes and after that 160C for 1,3 hour.
