Homemade crumbed chicken tenders help

    I’m just wondering if it is safe to brown crumbed chicken to get colour, but not cook through, then freeze immediately, to then be cooked through from frozen in the oven at a later date.

    I normally buy boxed chicken tenders but have recently discovered they have changed to a formed meat rather that whole tenders so I am wanting to do the same but homemade.
