Hi everyone, with Summer upon us, I make icy poles, simple frozen liquid into a mould with a plastic stick. The kids love these, and I’m not opposed to them either. Juices work well, anyone have some ideas to share?

I quite like doing fruit based and yoghurt based icy poles. I will post recipe when I do my next batch!

You can also freeze fruit juice into ice blocks and add to their fruit juice. Either the same as the fruit juice or different. Different ice blocks can mean that the kids can choose which fruit ice blocks they want to add to their juice.
