Every half a year or so I swing between obsessive counting, and then not even considering them. Do you count calories, or do you simply eat whatever whenever?
I don’t count, but I’m also a male who eats big steaks, lives next to the BBQ and has three rounds of cake at kid’s parties 🙂
My sisters do though, and I think this is great. Lucky for me I tend to have a fast metabolism and can pretty much eat anything. Must watch sugar, salt and my cholesterol though!
I live by the 80/20 rule. 80% of my diet is healthy and wholesome food, 20% is treats and not so healthy food choices! I also exercise 5 times per week. I like living a healthy active lifestyle!
