Starchier pasta water

    Hi everyone, O have been using the water used for boiling pasta to add as the water component to my home made pasta sauces, the starch content is what I am after. Lately I have been getting into whole wheat pasta which doesn’t contain much starch and therefore the pasta water doesn’t either. Does anyone have any ideas on what to add to the water (or any water) to add starch?



    Potatoes contain starch. Try soaking them for a a period of time
