Ingredients
- 85g unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. instant coffee
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 cups milk
- Whipped cream
Method
- In large saucepan, heat all ingredients except milk and cream over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk; heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. Beat with rotary beater until foamy. Top servings with whipped cream.
