Instructions
Peel and slice pears
Place on heated BBQ grill
Toast bread on same grill
Crumble cheese on the toasted bread and place and under hot grill until cheese is melted
Arrange pears and prosciutto on top of the cheese
Drizzle with Maple Syrup
Serve with a garnish of sprouts
